At Plastogo.com, we value your satisfaction. Please review our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are final.
  • Once a custom design is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs or specifications.

2. Standard Products (Non-Custom)

We accept returns on non-custom plastic bag products under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • You must contact us before returning any product.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at customer@plastogo.com or call +1 (907) 349-3963 with your order details.
  • We will provide instructions for return approval and return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued in cash only, as we currently accept cash payments only.
  • Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • You must provide proof of original payment or receipt for all refunds.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or the wrong item was delivered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.
  • Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-printed or personalized products
  • Used or opened items
  • Products returned without prior approval
